SHANE HUEY, MS, MBA, RN, CSC, CPT
Shane Huey, a self-professed multipotentiate, completed undergraduate degrees in religious studies, nursing, and a dual degree in philosophy and cognitive science. After a stint pursuing graduate study in philosophy (until realizing philosophy doesn't pay the bills), he went on to complete an MS in information security and an MBA. He is also an NCSF Certified Strength Coach (CSC) and ISSA Certified Personal Trainer (CPT).
Shane researches and writes on health, fitness, and longevity. He is currently thinking about pursuing his sixth and final degree - Family Practice Nurse Practitioner.
Shane is a full, certified instructor of Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do under Sifu Lamar M. Davis II (having trained under first and second generation students) and a student of Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Shane makes his home in St. Augustine, Florida, America's most ancient city. When not at home, he can often be found in Key West, on a mountain in Colorado, or wandering the streets of Tokyo.
