My writing is part of who I am - a culmination of experience, study, reading, and travels spanning the gamut from literary to genre fiction t0 poetry. I am primarily interested in the area of convergence of literary and darker-bent fiction as, oftentimes, the light can only be truly understood within the context of shadow and darkness. Writing is, after all, an exploration of the human condition and both the light and darkness thereof. A student of Hemingway and his prose, I aspire experience my own humanity and the world in which I find myself, and convey truth with simple, terse, yet beautiful prose.
